Turn-key Solutions

Our turn-key solutions are fully functioning, knowledge-loaded, decision support systems built by CaseBank. 

These solutions handle both industry-wide and client-specific applications:

• Industry-wide applications are developed for a cluster of companies experiencing the same challenges (eg. airline operators).  In these situations, CaseBank builds the knowledgebase, and provides access on a subscription basis. 

• Client-specific applications are developed for clients who prefer to outsource the development of their decision support or knowledge management application, and, in many cases, its ongoing maintenance, while retaining proprietary ownership.

Software Products and Supporting Services

Our products and services offer everything necessary for clients to build their own decision support systems. 

We provide the decision support software, SpotLight, in different deployment versions to match the client’s needs (eg. Web-based or Client/Server).  There is also a suite of knowledge management development tools to facilitate the case-base development and maintenance. 

These products are complemented by extensive support services, including training, integration into legacy applications, and custom case-base and application development.
