Software Products and Supporting Services
Our products and services offer
everything necessary for clients to build their own decision support
systems.
We provide the decision support software,
SpotLight, in different deployment versions to match the client’s needs
(eg. Web-based or Client/Server). There is also a suite of knowledge
management development tools to facilitate the case-base development and
maintenance.
These products are complemented by
extensive support services, including training, integration into legacy
applications, and custom case-base and application development.
