Innovation Quickly Curates and Organizes Aircraft-Specific Content
With Convenient New Interface Viewable on Computers, Smartphones and Tablets
NBAA-BACE – LAS VEGAS – October 10, 2017 – ATP, the trusted partner of aviation manufacturers, operators and maintenance providers worldwide – introduced today at the National Business Aviation Association’s Business Aviation Conference and Exhibition (NBAA-BACE) new Advanced Library Connectivity capabilities, which are offered as an addition to ATP’s highly acclaimed breakthrough Aircraft Centricity™ Service. Show visitors can visit ATP at Booth #C7316 to try out Advanced Library Connectivity as part of ATP’s ongoing customer validation program that will lead to the launch of the innovative service this year.
ATP’s Advanced Library Connectivity offers dashboarding capabilities that make accessing mission critical maintenance and regulatory information within the ATP Aviation Hub™ Cloud Application easier and faster than ever. Advanced Library Connectivity accomplishes this by instantly and conveniently curating and organizing content for a user’s specific aircraft profiles within the Aviation Hub™ Cloud Application, including airframe, engine, propeller and components.
For example, users can see recently viewed publications for quick access to the latest information. No more clicking multiple tabs or having to remember what information you last accessed to find the publications you need. The service quickly lists the top options based on the user’s history, enabling you instantly to see relevant information in your library. The service also provides fast access to aircraft maintenance profiles that users have updated recently.
“If you are a customer who is managing a fleet of 10, 12 or even 20 different aircraft profiles, you can jump in and pick up exactly where you left off on your last visit through the recently updated profile list,” said Victor Sanchez, ATP’s Chief Product Officer. “You also can jump quickly to fleet maintenance for the latest valuable information you need.”
The Advanced Library Connectivity services also conveniently and quickly display the latest airworthiness directives for an aircraft, so you don’t have to spend time searching for them. What’s more, ATP customers can view the maintenance status of their fleet and quickly learn whether a scheduled task is overdue or coming up.
Advanced Library Connectivity also makes it easier to find and navigate specific features on the ATP Aviation Hub cloud application. Services are displayed in a logical format, so it’s much faster to find information on compliance, parts and other information.
“One goal of Advanced Library Connectivity is to provide users easy access to this information in a responsive interface,” said Sanchez. “It will display nicely on mobile phones, tablets and other devices, so your important latest information always is within easy reach.”
Advanced Library Connectivity is an extension of ATP’s highly acclaimed, breakthrough Aircraft Centricity™ service, which helps ATP Aviation Hub users increase productivity, accuracy and safety by effortlessly integrating a complete set of airworthiness and reference content for specific aircraft simply by entering the aircraft’s registration (tail) number.
Launched in May during the European Business Aviation Conference and Exhibition (EBACE), Aircraft Centricity™ consolidates and streamlines the display of available information for an aircraft with a single tail number search. By providing rapid and convenient access to the most comprehensive set of airworthiness and reference content for a specific aircraft, ATP’s latest innovation helps MROs and maintenance professionals access information with unprecedented speed while ensuring high levels of safety and compliance through accurate determination of document effectivity.
The Aircraft Centricity™ Service interconnects data from manufacturers, regulatory agencies, and other third parties to ensure maintenance providers have streamlined access to the most current information for the maintenance they are about to perform. With a single tail-number search, the service gathers and organizes maintenance-related documentation and maintenance information applicable to a specific aircraft, including manufacturer service manuals and parts catalogs, service bulletins, airworthiness directives and regulatory information, due lists, maintenance and compliance tracking history and forecasting.
ATP is a trusted partner of aviation manufacturers, operators and maintenance providers focused on maximizing the value of aircraft and aviation operations by providing a suite of reference content, airworthiness, diagnostics and reliability services that optimize aircraft availability and operational compliance.
