Chief Executive Officer
Rick Noble was appointed CEO of ATP in June 2017. Rick has more than 35 years’ experience across data, content and software companies with a history of creating growth and improving customer satisfaction through product and service enhancements, digital transformation, new product development, and acquisitions. He has led several high growth organizations over the course of his career including as CEO of Triumph Learning and Haights Cross Communications, CEO of Blackboard Engage, CEO of Medical Media Holdings, and President & CEO of Thomson Healthcare. He holds a Bachelor’s degree and an MBA from the University of Toronto, and he has completed executive education at UCLA and Harvard.
Senior Vice President of Strategy
Phil is a co-founder of CaseBank and the originator of its SpotLight® product concept. He continues to guide the innovation of CaseBank’s hybrid reasoning technology and pioneers new applications of the technology. His thirty-five years of aerospace experience includes eight years of hands-on aircraft maintenance, twenty years of technology innovation and development, and twenty-seven years of executive management.
Chief Revenue Officer
Ken Aubrey leads all aspects of the company related to revenue generation, including Sales, Marketing and Business Development. As a high performing Sales Executive, Ken is recognized for transitioning high tech organizations into profitable, publicly owned companies. He has a proven track record of performance in creating highly motivated sales teams dedicated to achieving exceptional results by exceeding sales targets, driving increased revenue and market share. With over 25 years leadership experience, Ken excels at turning around underperforming business units, and leading businesses consistently to sales excellence with double digit growth year over year.
Chief Operating Officer
Chris is responsible for overseeing all aspects of CaseBank’s day-to-day operating activities, including managing budget and financial goals, and executing business strategies for the development and growth of CaseBank’s products and services. Prior to his role as COO, Chris was the VP of Professional Services with the company since 2013, where he was responsible for the execution and fulfillment of proposals, contracts and schedules for CaseBank’s technology-intensive projects. Chris brings 25 years of experience in delivering successful customer engagements that result in long-term business relationships. Prior to CaseBank, Lewis held senior positions at Atlantis Systems International. Lewis graduated from the University of Toronto with a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Engineering Science (Aerospace) and is a licensed professional engineer (P.Eng.). He also served five years as a Canadian Forces Reservist in a combat engineer regiment.
Stephen G. Downie
Vice President, International & Strategic Accounts
Steve is responsible for International Sales and Strategic Accounts at CaseBank, reporting directly to the CEO. With over 25 years of global sales and marketing experience, Steve is an innovative leader with numerous achievements in technology and technical publishing to his credit, including the development of the first commercial Unix-based publishing system; SGML, HTML and XML commercial editors; and the first, automated PDF-to-XML conversion software. Using an entrepreneurial and collaborative approach, Steve has successfully developed markets, channels and marketing strategies for continued, accelerated growth of several technology companies. Before joining CaseBank, Steve co-founded Exegenix Canada and Exegenix Research, in partnership with Tata Infotech Ltd. (now Tata Consultancy Services). Prior to that, Steve was also the President of MainSale Technologies and Vice President of Sales for SoftQuad Inc.
Vice President, Research & Development
Mark is a co-founder of CaseBank and the architect of its SpotLight® product family. In the role of Vice-President, Research & Development, he maintains overall architectural responsibility for all CaseBank software solutions, and for their integration with partners’ and customers’ systems. He manages all technical and personnel aspects of the company’s software engineering capabilities. In addition, Mark serves on the management committee for strategic planning and business development. Prior to joining CaseBank, he was a senior software developer with Atlantis Aerospace Corporation, where he developed autopilot and turbojet engine control software for unmanned air vehicles. He also conducted several successful research projects on the applicability of artificial intelligence techniques for adaptive flight control systems.
Vice President, Sales
Steve is responsible for overseeing business development and sales. In his role at CaseBank, Steve is tasked with developing relationships with manufacturers and operators of complex equipment, and airline maintenance organizations.
His thirty years of experience include sales and sales leadership positions in several high technology firms, including IBM and ten years running Corner Office Leads, a sales and marketing consultancy, which he founded, helping organizations including SAP, Microsoft, Oracle and IBM.
