Chief Executive Officer
Rick Noble was appointed CEO of ATP in June 2017, and has served on the company’s Board since October 2016. Rick has more than 35 years’ experience across data, content and software companies with a history of creating growth and improving customer satisfaction through product and service enhancements, digital transformation, new product development, and acquisitions. He has led several market leading digital publishing organizations over the course of his career, holding positions that include CEO of Triumph Learning and Haights Cross Communications, CEO of Blackboard Engage, CEO of Medical Media Holdings, and President & CEO of Thomson Healthcare. His non-executive Board roles have included NewsBank, Planet Cancer and Gold Standard Multimedia. Rick holds a Bachelor’s degree and an MBA from the University of Toronto and has completed executive education at UCLA and Harvard.
Chief Revenue Officer
Ken Aubrey leads all aspects of the company related to revenue generation, including Sales, Marketing and Business Development. As a high performing Sales Executive, Ken is recognized for transitioning high tech organizations into profitable, publicly owned companies. He has a proven track record of performance in creating highly motivated sales teams dedicated to achieving exceptional results by exceeding sales targets, driving increased revenue and market share. With over 25 years leadership experience, Ken excels at turning around underperforming business units, and leading businesses consistently to sales excellence with double digit growth year over year.
Chief Operating Officer
Chris is responsible for overseeing all of ATP’s customer-facing operations, including reference content management, professional services, and customer technical support services, as well as all day-to-day operating activities for the CaseBank Technologies division in Toronto. He has 25 years of experience in delivering successful customer engagements that create long-term business relationships. Prior to ATP and CaseBank, Chris was the General Manager and SVP of Business Development at Atlantis Systems International, where he gained more than a decade of engineering and management experience working on commercial and military training programs. A licensed professional engineer, he graduated from the University of Toronto with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Engineering Science (Aerospace). Chris is a licensed private pilot, and he also served as a Canadian Forces Reservist in a combat engineer regiment for five years.
Chief Product Officer
Victor Sanchez translates product strategy and vision into the company’s roadmap focused on an optimized customer-centric experience delivering indispensable tools and services. Victor thrives at the intersection of technology, product, and design and is passionate about delivering experiences that amaze, delight, and solve tough customer problems. A coder by trade and design hack by night, Victor has delivered products and services used by tens of millions for brands like Car and Driver, Flying, Elle, Woman’s Day, Genentech, Novartis, and Pearson for over a decade.
Senior Vice President of Strategy
Phil is a co-founder of CaseBank and the originator of its SpotLight® product concept. He continues to guide the innovation of CaseBank’s hybrid reasoning technology and pioneers new applications of the technology. His thirty-five years of aerospace experience includes eight years of hands-on aircraft maintenance, twenty years of technology innovation and development, and twenty-seven years of executive management.
